Who we are

Rehired is run by EZ Life Solutions Corp. ("we"). These terms apply once you tick the box that says you agree to them.

What Rehired is

Rehired is a web app for practising job interviews out loud. An AI interviewer asks you questions built from the facts and stories you have confirmed, and gives you a written debrief. It also has coding problems, quizzes and review cards, and it can replay a real interview's questions from notes you add.

It is for practice only.

For practice only

You may not use Rehired in a real interview, or for help with one while it is happening. That covers job interviews, screening calls, assessments and tests of any kind, whoever runs them.

If you do, we can close your account.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. An account is for one person, and you are responsible for what is done with it. You sign in with a code sent to your email address, so keep that mailbox safe.

Rehired is offered in Canada and the United States, except Quebec, where we can't offer it yet. That covers the free mock as well as paid credits. You tell us your country and province or state when you agree to these terms, and you agree that what you tell us is true. If you move, update it on your Account page. If you tell us you are in Quebec, the service stops, and your Account page stays open so that you can export your data, ask for a refund and delete your account.

Credits and prices

• One credit is one mock interview.
• You get one free credit when you first agree to these terms, once per email address. That stays true if you delete your account and come back, and a different way of writing the same address counts as the same address. It lasts as long as your account does.
• A pack is 20 credits for US$29.99, plus any sales tax shown at checkout.
• It is one payment. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

A mock uses one credit once it has run for 5 minutes or reaches its debrief, whichever comes first. If you stop before then, it costs nothing. If our AI or speech recognition fails, the credit comes back by itself.

Paid credits never expire. If you don't use your account for 12 months, we delete what's in it but keep your sign-in and your paid credits, so they're here when you come back.

Credits have no cash value outside the refund policy, and they can't be moved to another account.

Coding problems, quizzes and review cards don't use credits. Mocks and other parts of the service have time and daily limits, so that it stays running for everyone.

Who sells the pack

A merchant of record sells the pack to you. It takes your payment, handles sales tax, and sends your receipt, and its name is shown at checkout. Its own terms apply to the payment. We provide the service you are buying.

Refunds

Unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. The refund policy has the details and is part of these terms.

What you give us

What you add stays yours. You let us use it to run Rehired for you, and for nothing else. The privacy policy says what we keep and who handles it.

Only add what you have the right to share. Before you add notes, a transcript or a recording of a real interview, check that you aren't breaking a promise you made, such as a confidentiality agreement.

Practising with a partner

Partner mode is for two people in the same room. Before you start one, tell the other person how it works and get their agreement. The biometric policy explains what to tell them. Use it only with someone who has agreed, and never to capture anyone else.

Using the service fairly

• Don't try to get around limits, credits or sign-in.
• Don't attack the service, or use it to reach anyone else's data.
• Don't copy the service or resell it.
• Don't add anything unlawful.

AI can be wrong

The interviewer and the debrief come from AI. They can be wrong, unfair or incomplete. Treat them as practice feedback, not as advice you must follow. We don't promise that practice here will get you a job.

If things go wrong

We provide Rehired as it is, and we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, and what we owe you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law where you are.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. We can change or stop parts of the service.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms in a way that matters, we change the version and ask you to agree again before you carry on. If you don't agree, you can still reach your Account page to export your data, ask for a refund under the refund policy, and delete your account.

The law that applies

The laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada apply to these terms, along with any consumer law that protects you where you are.
